High-Value HO-3 Program +$400k
Florida High-Valued Homeowners HO3, typically we will consider risks where coverage A is over $500,000. Property up to $20,000,000 any one policy. Personal Liability up to $2,000,000. Medical Payments up to $10,000 any one policy.
In addition to these, we can quote vacant dwelling, tenant occupied and condo risks. Vacant and tenant occupied risks would be on a DP3 form with premises liability. Frame risks including windstorm will be considered only in the Florida pan-handle area.
Windstorm coverage is available for "preferred" risks in the Florida tri-county area including masonry construction risks build post 1994.
Minimum Policy Premium is $1,500.00
To obtain an indication/quotation we require the following information:
- A signed and dated application/proposal form.
- Minimum of 3 years loss experience.
- Expiring Insurers terms and conditions (if known).
- On Builder's Risks, we will require confirmation of Contractors Insurance.
